How it works

Email support within 30 days of your purchase date.
Include the tier you purchased and the approximate purchase date.
We'll process a full refund back to your original payment method through Square.

What's covered

All three tiers — Basic, Premium, and VIP — are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

After 30 days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll take a look.

Access after a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the pack is revoked and the files are no longer licensed for use.
