1. Acceptance

By purchasing or accessing content from 100input ("we," "us," "the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

2. What you're buying

100input sells digital Input Packs — system prompts, agent instructions, workflow blueprints, knowledge bases, and related reference materials for use with AI language models. Each purchase is a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.

3. License and ownership

• Basic and Premium tiers grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased packs for your own work.
• VIP tier additionally includes a commercial use license, permitting use of the packs in client work and commercial products.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the pack files themselves, in whole or in part, regardless of tier.
• All packs remain the intellectual property of 100input. Purchasing a pack grants a license to use it — not ownership of the underlying content.

4. Updates

Packs you own include free lifetime updates. When a pack is revised, you receive the new version at no additional cost.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your card details — Square handles all payment processing and cardholder data.

6. Refunds

Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited use

• Using purchased packs to generate illegal content or content that violates the terms of the AI platforms they're used with.
• Sharing your purchase or account access with others.
• Attempting to resell or redistribute pack contents as your own product.

Violations may result in access being revoked without refund.

8. Disclaimer

Input Packs are reference and instructional materials. We make no guarantee of specific results — outcomes depend on the AI model used, your own inputs, and factors outside our control. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider referenced in our materials.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of purchased content after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
